Scott, I think it's a great idea to focus your use of web 2.0 around a novel study. ...sounds like a funny book! Anne S Do you find this valuable?

Thanks, Anne. It does have some funny moments, but it's actually kind of a heartbreaker in many ways. Charlie is such an endearing character right from the beginning, and he carries a lot of sadness with him throughout the book. I've taught the novel twice now, and the students love it. It's an easy book to relate with, and has a lot of very interesting issues for discussion. The other great thing: it's a high-interest novel that is not difficult to read, so even non-readers are usually very successful with this one! Do you find this valuable?
